What to do in the artworld today?

This is a collage I did last year.   I used an old photograph of Lenox Square, back when it was still just a shopping center to organize the page.   I collaged different things down, including tickets, envelopes, and just junk paper.   I then painted back on top of it.    I am considering submitting this to the national collage show.   Any comments?

Wow - I have so much to complete.    I have to have a series completed and framed by October 22.  I am taking the much dreaded composition class right now with Chery Baird.   I have completed 7 of the first 100 paintings in the first series.   I may never finish!!!!    Where to start?   Maybe I'll start by cleaning the house, maybe that will clean my head.
